Limited Lifetime Warranty and Service Policy
All Hydra rod blanks are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against workmanship and materials. Hydra will inspect all rods and determine if failure was due to workmanship or materials. For damage determined to be the result of defect, Hydra will promptly repair/replace the product with no charge. Upgrades and model changes are not available.
Damage or failure resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, theft, unapproved alterations, intentional damage, loss, or acts of God are not covered. Our warranty covers the rod blank only. All claims will be reviewed once received and you will be contacted with next steps.
To make a warranty claim:
- Ship the entire damaged rod, prepaid to the address below and on the form. (Broken rods may be cut down to minimize shipping cost. Clearly mark the damaged section.)
- We must receive the entire rod for review. You may remove the components from the rod blank. Components will not be returned.
- Include a check or money order for $30. PayPal or online invoice also available.
- Include a FULLY COMPLETED Warranty Return Form for each rod returned.
